This open day is for everyone interested in finding out more about MA/MFA Creative Practice: Dance Professional.

MA/MFA Creative Practice: Dance Professional focuses on dance, somatics and interdisciplinary practice as research with leading teaching artists of international renown. The programme enables experienced practitioners to develop their artistic practice in a stimulating environment of intellectual and creative inquiry. Two core modules, Embodied Practice and Investigative Practice, are led by Independent Dance and held at Siobhan Davies Studios.

We invite you to see the building where these modules are based, meet and talk with Heni Hale (Lead Tutor) and Naomi Lefebvre Sell (Head of Studies, Faculty of Dance Trinity Laban), as well as past and current students.

You are very welcome to bring any questions you have to it, about the programme overall, the modules, and students’ experiences. We will also be offering information about scholarships and bursaries to support study.

Please read more about the programme here.

We invite you to participate in Morning Class (10am – 12pm) at the studios before joining the open day discussion. Class on this day will be led by ‘Funmi Adewole Elliott and is part of the current MA/MFA Embodied Practice module. You can attend for free by booking the relevant ticket below.
