Our attention is always shapeshifting in our dancing, there is a possibility that we can meet each moment with a freshness of unknowing as to what may be emerging through us. Our senses guide us towards spontaneous dancing as we tune in to how we are receiving ourselves and our environment.
Our body-mind system is in continuous oscillation, rising and falling energy, broad and focused attention. We can follow these oscillations as they shape our dancing. We may be making visible, the traces of our listening. Hopefully as we refine our attention and curiosity, our imaginations also are then free to guide us towards uninhibited and joyous dancing.
Cancellations & refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
