Grounded in somatic presence, we will use dancing, witnessing, and our imaginations in improvisation. Various structures and scores will support our work with liveness and moment-to-moment availability, focusing on the materiality of being and relating. Through choice-making and embracing ongoingness, we will connect with our subtle and humorous body-minds, exploring the messages and questions that arise, and the forms they take. By stepping into the unknown, we will assume clarity.

This class is open level, accessible and for people who have an appetite for exploring movement and improvisation in a facilitated context with care and risk. I invite you to take the offerings I make at your own pace; the space can hold different energetic needs and enquiries. You might sweat and a curious spirit is invited. We will have check in points to share findings.

Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
