Today we’ll come together to move, sense, imagine, and play across the space. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome. I’ll hold the space for us to explore our sensory and creative potential and to be ourselves in connection with the essence of our kinetic responses.
The class will revolve around an attentive body engaged with its surroundings and attuned to itself. We’ll explore sensation and intention as a starting point, tuning in and noticing our internal environment and the space around us, listening to what our bodies want to express. We’ll play with compositional scores and hopefully be surprised by what unfolds. With the emerging kinetic material sourced from the collective and influenced by each individual’s interest, we’ll allow space for witnessing and being inspired by each other’s explorations in a non-judgemental environment.
Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
