Drawing from a basis in Body Weather* training, this class will focus on Sherwood’s practice, and re-examine the body as a dynamic, transformative environment. We propose and generate questions about the body and its immediate, ever-shifting internal and external states. We work with our direct senses, imagery and varied interventions using playful improvisation scores. Bring your curiosity.
