Led by Gerrard Martin, this class will focus on the breath, and how it is intrinsic to movement.
Gerrard will begin the session with checking in and a centring practice which combines yoga and movement principles. Through independent and group exploration, Gerrard will offer ways of connecting to the senses, and how they can initiate different dynamics within improvisation. We will use internal and external stimuli, starting with our current emotional states and observations concerning the current social climate.
In person at Siobhan Davies Studios for 10 participants max
