Jessica’s class will focus on exploring what is present in your body, with a caring, self-supporting and inquisitive stance. Ideas around allowing the dancing to come effortlessly, through trusting your bodies’ imagination, will also be explored. Participants will find intrinsic musicality coming from dream-like states or alternative layering of being with the mind/body.
Responding to what is present in the moment, you will draw out imaginative landscapes which are grounded in the details of the body. The class will explore mapping of our interior landscapes, in connection with the exterior space; and exploring relational fields with other movers, architecture and wider perceptions of environment.
This class is open to all movers and would also suit multi-disciplinary artists working or interested in movement. The class has an experimental approach and hopes to go deep as well as be playful.

Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
