Luke’s class will begin gently, looking at ways to mobilise and energise the body drawing from experiential anatomy and partner work. As well as preparing the body you will begin looking at ways to hone your perception and awareness, to find creativity and imagination in your own body.

You will then pull in other resources and inspirations from an indiscriminate myriad of different sources which could include images, text, sounds, memories…..

You will work alone, with partners and within group relations, to attune to a somatic embodiment of your dancing as well as the joy of being together. There will be some time peppered through the session for reflective moments in conversation, writing or drawing.
