A guided, inclusive improvisation class led by Miguel Altunaga, blending contemporary movement, Afro-Cuban rhythms, and theatrical exploration. Through clear prompts and rich imagery, dancers unlock new textures, instincts, and creative expression. You are invited to explore movement through sensation, musicality and personal expression, in this welcoming space where you can reconnect with the joy of dancing, moving and listening to yourself and the music. Open, playful, and deeply physical, this class celebrates individuality and invites everybody to discover their own voice in motion.

Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
