Patricia’s class draws starting points from her choreographic practice which hone in on movement ‘qualities’. These explorations guide the direction of the process and create a space for noticing, learning and collaboration. Patricia’s knowledge of yoga and a focus on breath, sensations, and a play with dynamics and geometries, can also find their way into the movement exploration. Patricia recently reconnected with an exploration of the pelvis as a starting point for generating movement and narratives, and over the week the classes will explore some of these approaches. There will be moments of calm awareness as well as practices to raise energy, rhythm, strength and flow. The class may offer some short phrases as a basis from which to depart.
Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
