Sara’s classes are based on her current artistic practice of ‘bodily listening’ and informed by a range of release-based and somatic practices such as Klein technique, yoga and qigong. Classes will give space for – exploring listening through the body, moving with rhythm, sensation and touch, and playing with flow, resistance and release. The classes are an invitation to practice ‘attention-giving’ in multiple ways and explore listening inwards and outwards through intuition and imagination, as an individual and collective.
There will be improvisational structures, scores, movement materials and pathways to explore through, bringing awareness to how you can move energy, let energy move through you, engage breath and voice, play with gravity and support from the floor, as well as tapping into the in-between, vibrational and relational.

Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
