Morning Class: Temitope Ajose

Temitope’s class begins with a collective ‘nudging’ practice through the space. She will then propose simple scores to navigate coordinations, balance and complex movement. Forging self-reliance and an articulate body structure.

The second half of the class focuses on sounding through touch and partner work to enable meeting with voice. Playing with the edges of our sounding range, encouraging freedom as vocal moving humans. Temitope is currently interested in witnessing and exploring how witnessing and being witnessed can be nourishing for our own practices.

Cancellations and refunds
Prices for classes are kept very low and are subsidised by ID in order to support artists to attend. To keep admin manageable for our small team, we don’t offer refunds if you cancel or can’t attend a class, and we can’t transfer your booking to a different class/event. We hope this is understandable. If a class is cancelled or changed by ID however, we do offer refunds/transfers to everyone who has booked.
